Leigh Hoyt and Cal Siegfried grew up in southwest Nebraska eating the finest beef anywhere; beef their families raised. With it becoming more and more difficult to find that “just right” cut of high quality beef in the grocery store, Leigh and Cal have grown to really appreciate the beef they enjoyed while growing up. That appreciation for a high quality, custom processed cut of beef is what prompted them to start Willow Creek Meats.

Leigh’s years of experience in production agriculture, including everything from a diversified cow/calf operation to his expertise in agriculture retail and consulting, brings a level of customer service second to none.

Service doesn’t mean a thing if you don’t offer a high quality product, and that’s where Cal comes in. Cal has been in the commercial cattle feeding business for over 20 years and has established countless relationships with ranchers all across the United States, ensuring that you will be enjoying beef just as it was “in the good old days”!
