Our Quality

We pride ourselves in providing high-quality meat hand selected just for you. Willow Creek beef is source and age verified, meaning it can be traced from rancher to processor.

Knowing the ranch your beef comes from assures you that your Willow Creek beef has never received any artificial growth hormones or implants. Your beef will be fed to finish at one of our approved Nebraska feed yards. Again, these animals are finished free of any artificial growth hormones and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet. Willow Creek cattle are fed a corn based diet consisting of corn, wet distillers grain, (a co-product of ethanol production), corn silage, and roughage (alfalfa and corn stover). All products are purchased locally from farmers and ethanol plants in the area.

Our beef is processed in our own USDA licensed and inspected plant.
